Completed Project

101 E. Kennedy

When the 42 story Bank of America Plaza first opened in 1986, it changed Tampa's definition of Class A office space and dramatically altered the skyline. Dominating the skyline with its imported white marble facade and landscaped piazza, Bank of America Plaza continues to exceed the business community's expectations. Chris Prather and his team of property management professionals take pride in maintaining this well known facility.

Bay Area Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. was hired to weatherproof this landmark office tower for C.B. Richard Ellis. The scope of work required the complete silicone sealant wet-glazing of the strip window and curtain wall openings and inspection and repair of the existing silicone sealant joints on other surfaces. Working in conjunction with Williamson & Associates Consultants, this important maintenance contract was a success. Bay Area maintains close working relationships leading consultants due to our in-house expertise in this specialized field.

C.B. Richard Ellis is the world's largest commercial property management firm. Visit their website at http://www.cbre.com to see more of their portfolio.
