Bay Area Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. was recently hired by C.B. Richard Ellis, the property management firm, to weatherproof this office tower to prevent water intrusion. The scope of work required the complete silicone sealant wet-glazing of the strip window and curtain wall openings as well as the precast control joints. Inspections determined that the original caulking was in need of replacement.
