Franklin Exchange At 22 stories, the Franklin Exchange building has been a landmark on the Tampa skyline for many years. When The Wilson Company acquired this property they decided to renovate it to bring back some of its previous newer condition. Anyone who has visited the property recently will agree that The Wilson Company has done a great job. Bay Area Painting and Waterproofing is proud to play a part in this project. We were recently selected to recaulk the building to avoid the possibility of water intrusion. Inspections determined that the original caulking was in need of replacement.
