Rivergate Tower,  400 N. Ashley - Tampa

One of the most unique buildings in Tampa's downtown skyline is the "round building" now known as Rivergate Tower. The new owners are America's Capital Partners, a full service development, leasing, management and investment firm headquartered in Miami, Florida. 

As the new owners, ACP began moving forward with maintenance and repair projects as needed.  Rivergate Tower and its occupants will certainly benefit from the attention to detail that ACP provides.

Recently Bay Area was hired by ACP for cleaning the exterior stone facade on this building. Upon completion we started the process of caulking and weatherproofing the building. Having worked on this property for many years for the previous owners, Bay Area is able to provide ACP with history about this property and assist them in their evaluations and inspections while on the tower.
