USF college housing facility at 4200 E. Fletcher Ave. in Tampa, FL
The owners decided to dramatically change the appearance and
selected bold and appealing colors to help modernize the exterior
surfaces. Bay Area assisted by applying test samples in several
areas until the owners were satisfied with the selections.
Previously named Fontana Hall, The Edge at 42nd Street welcomed a
new name and a new look both inside and outside for the incoming
students.
