Westshore 500 In the heart of Tampa's West Shore business district is the 11 story Westshore 500 office building. Over the years the harsh Florida sun took it toll on this glistening tower. The management company, CB Richard Ellis, determined that it was time to replace the caulking on the exterior to prevent water intrusion. Furthermore, the Cassel panels on the building needed to be brightened up. Bay Area was able to provide this service as well. A company was needed which not only had the skills necessary to rig a project of this size, but to do quality work and provide a long term warranty backed by the manufacturers. Bay Area Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. was hired as the company of choice. The project is a success and was performed with little disruptions in spite of the months of activity required on the exterior. C.B.
